Hiyah. How’s you? Good, I hope. Welcome back to another scurrilous missive from the sbh, an sbhmissive if you will !

Don’t ya just love it when the world works in a funny way, I was only reminiscing the other day about what my last club job ever was, I honestly couldn’t remember when. It was, it wasn’t like I planned to step away permanently at the time, think it was just a small hiatus in starting a new set of studies as I was always thinking I’ll do a phased return but then nobody asked, then Covid hit and then well I was officially retired as the age I put on in that time made it difficult.

I know I can hear the loud hurrahs from lots of people who were trying to retire me FOR AGES BEFORE THAT…

*and breath…think of your blood pressure…**

As I was saying the world does work in a funny was cause as I was thinking about, had a look through the archive and lo and behold I think I found it, it was the 16th of March 2019!!!!! How much of a serendipity could it be to be of then!!

Cause that’s nearly the date of this blog!!!

So this is my official club retirement date, now in its 4th year!!!!

Thought I’d share a couple of them, so let us have a look at ‘em here…

There you go then, my last pro/paid/commissioned job in clubland.

I have mixed feelings up in here with all of that thoughts, looking back it was possibly the right time to retire, my age and life had caught up with me, I was starting to fray around the edges possibly, I’d worked my way up so didn’t quite need the monies anymore, I was still enjoying it and by the looks of this last job, I was still getting the images…anyway no real much point looking back lets set that as the date and moving forward we shall commemorate it somehow every year.
